IS THIS GRID FOR ME? Whether working on yourself or others, this grid will get you into clear alignment with the field you’re working on. When used before reading another, this grid will directly connect you to their field opening a clear channel for balancing, or reading their field. When the intention is to heal, this grid can help align chakras, dimensions, guides, and bodies in one session; then work for endless hours if left alone. When figuring out your own blocks or energetic connections, this grid is an easy way to detach and stay grounded for answers to come in.
BASIC GRID FUNCTION: This grid has many layers. Suggested start: find the body that is blocked (3D,, 4D, or 5D) then find the chakras that are being affected by this block. (Perform this step as detailed or superficial as you like) use necessary stones to (clear, ground, balance, learn) what energy is needing adjusted. Ask how long this set up needs to stay on the wooden grid and then check back at that time and see if anything has changed or needs adjustment. Perform this over and over until the bodies and corresponding chakras are cleared. Suggested second process: grounding energy and manifestation using the different bodies and chakras to bring awareness and manifestation into the body. Recommended that the field is clear before this is done.

CHAKRAS
ROOT: Its energy is based on the earth element. It’s associated with the feeling of safety and grounding. It’s at the base of the chakra system and lays the foundation for expansion in your life.(Physical = Family; Emotional = Grounding; Spiritual = Presence).
SACRAL: It is associated with the emotional body, sensuality, and creativity. Its element is water and as such, its energy is characterized by flow and flexibility. The function of the sacral chakra is directed by the principle of pleasure. (Physical = Relationships; Emotional = Passion; Spiritual = Fluidity).
SOLAR PLEXUS: “Radiate your power in the world,.” Characterized by the expression of will, personal power, and mental abilities, the energy of the third chakra is mobilized when we assert ourselves in the world. (Physical = Self; Emotional = Willpower; Spiritual = Transformation).
HEART: The heart chakra, colors our life with compassion, love, and beauty. Driven by the principles of integration and balance, this energy center is said to bridge earthly and spiritual aspirations.

THROAT: It is a powerful manifesting energy moving directly from the spiritual higher realms and into our physical field. What we think and then say will manifest to show our current path. The function of the Throat chakra is driven by the principle of expression and communication.

THIRD EYE: It is the center of intuition and foresight. The function of the third eye chakra is driven by the principle of openness, imagination, and perspective.
(Physical = Mind; Emotional = Intuition; Spiritual = Clairvoyance).
CROWN: It gives us access to higher states of consciousness as we open to what is beyond our personal preoccupations and visions. The function of the Crown chakra is driven by consciousness and gets us in touch with the universal. (Physical = High-Self; Emotional = Purpose; Spiritual = Transcendence).
THREE RINGS:
3D RING: Physical Plane & Etheric Plane - Treat physical symptoms and items that are scheduled to manifest into the physical in this first ring
4D RING: Emotional Plane - Treat emotions that are repeating. Shows up as; blocks, patterns, programs these are getting ready to manifest, the owner is creating contracts with these emotions.
