(Expression) Notice how you talk over people when in conversation. Do you feel so strongly about what is being said that you step on other people’s words just to be acknowledged? Your verbal expression is being viewed as rude by others. If you are someone who thinks of what they want to say in their heads while a conversation is taking place you are judging and trying to show off in front of others. Remember, sometimes the most profound thing you can do is take a mental break during conversation and let authentic thoughts come through. It is not necessary to have an answer at the ready all the time. This will just cause false impulses and attachments that stick in your mind when in actuality you should be enjoying the human connection.
