Class Description: This workshop class is great for all levels. Join us on Sunday and journey deep into a world of Animal Allies, Chakra Totems, and other worldly dream states. Most of this workshop will be lead by Jenessee who will guide you through lots of meditation, so wear comfortable clothes and bring lots of water! Experiencing this process will help you to connect more fully with your guides, and receive information that will help to align you to your own spiritual path. This session will end with a Q&A session to help you understand more clearly your own unique gifts and talents and how to being to expand on these experiences for your continued growth and success.
Bring if you like: Crystals or stones you connect with (for raised frequency), comfortable clothing for meditation components, journal and pen, water.....water....and more water....
