Class Description: Whether you are participating in the 7-week chakra journey or not this class is suggested for anyone who is looking to explore their divine spiritual connection more through a meditative and exploratory heart based workshop. Jenessee will lead you through meditative practices to bring you into the space of the heart and explore the different connective spaces within its powerful center. This exploratory journey will teach you how to move into and out of a trance state to receive your own divine and spiritual guidance. (Class length is undecided…. May be anywhere from 90-minutes to 2 hours) Time permitting you can play with the Chakra Oracle cards for even more clarity on your spiritual journey.

Crystal Journey Workshop

TIME: 7:00-9:00pm

Class Description: This workshop will start with a 30-minute discussion focused on energy, vibration and frequency. We will discuss how to raise your vibration to connect better with in the energetic field around you and then talk about the importance of knowing your own methods of receiving information from that field. We will then move into a guided meditative journey where each person will be connected to a crystal or gemstone that is resonant for them in this space and time. We will receive guided messages and information from our guides pertaining to our path and what may be needed to move forward in the most harmonious of ways. All the while we will be empowering the crystals we carry along with us during this journey. The class will finish with a follow up discussion on what had been experienced during the journey. Question may be asked and further clarification will be received.

Bring a stone from your personal collection or you can buy one at the shop or borrow one from the instructor! 

Bio: Jenessee Roy grew up in the mind-body, spa industry. Living in Southern California by age 16 Jenessee was shadowing her mother around the west coast, resort spa circuit. By age 19 she was running a private spa in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. Today at 31, Jenessee can still be found running a resort spa in Aurora, Ohio where mind-body is a way of life. Jenessee developed a love for spirituality at a very your age and studied chakra theory and other metaphysical sciences until theory took a back seat to practice. Today Jenessee is an author, teacher, spa professional and practicing clairvoyant who teaches others about their own unique gifts and talents and how to become aware and attuned to the energy within the field around them. Jenessees' passion is to teach teachers, it is her goal to touch as many people as possible through education, and practice using mind-body techniques.
