How to clear Fear?
Learn how to co-create becoming the manifestor of your life. Fear is an emotional density that will prevent you from moving forward in life. You could experience fear from day to day or during different cycles of your life. Fear creates emotional stagnation which gets trapped and has you repeating unwanted patterns. Fear can stop you from making decisions, or paralyze you from taking action. Fear can be subtle but can also take a stronghold. The opposite side of fear is co-creation, those stuck in fear will have problems manifesting a life they feel connected to or even want to be a part of. Now that you have experienced the techniques of the course are you ready to translate fear into co-creation?
Now that fear is out of the way and you are open to the co-creator energy what is your goal moving forward? Identify what you want to co-create? Keep the concept connected to the physical since we are currently working with root chakra energy it will manifest the easiest. This can be something within the range of; family, money, home, career, health, or material things…
Before moving forward write down your GOAL.
Next we move onto the equation:
Your co-creation equation = A+B=C
A = past, B = present, and C=future
Start with the 2 variables you know. So far you have identified the future goal you want to co-create, and presumably understand the past that you want to change. This means we will be solving the problem for B or the present moment.
Next write out the variables giving them an identity.
in this example YOUR GOAL will be your CAREER: Here we go
What 2 variables do you currently understand?
Future (I want a promotion, a raise and to be recognized)
Past (I was scared to ask for a promotion I was afraid to get rejected, or feel unworthy)
Present = the unknown
How do each of these variables make you FEEL write it down…
FUTURE? What does it feel like to get a promotion, to get a raise, and be recognized?
-excited
-validated
-nervous
-empowered
-accomplish anything
PAST? How would you feel to get rejected, to be rejected, to be told you are not worthy?
-guilty
-anxious
-resentful
-boxed in
Now that you have recorded information about your variables it is time to organize the information into a process to use daily.
Starting with the mind. What you think you attract. Now that you have identified what you want you are already attracting it. So how do you stay aligned to receive it? You have to walk on the right timeline. What does this mean? You have to be aligned in your physical body, your emotional body, and your mental body to receive your goal. When not aligned these operate in different realities attracting all manner of things, when aligned this will work together to achieve your goals.
Second, understand your emotional body. Operating from the emotions means you can feel into the potential you are moving towards. When you are moving in the wrong direction you will feel the DISCORDANT energies from the variables you identified. When you feel into the right direction you will become overwhelmed with the POSITIVE energies from the variables you have identified.
Finally, the last step. Your physical body, variable B otherwise known as the present moment. In order to walk into this new reality, you have to trust that if you think it, you are attracting it. If you feel it you are walking towards it. So, the last step is all about the third variable. The present moment.
Each day you need to show up and face new challenges, new experiences and new encounters. Through this engagement in life you can create and align to your GOAL. If you are feeling discordant energies in the present moment that reflect the noted down feelings of your past you will head toward the path of the past. If you feel the positive energies in the present moment that reflect the noted down feelings of the future you will head toward the path of the future. Each day you get to feel and then chose the path you want and this will help you become the CO-CREATOR of your Goal.
Now its time to give it a try. Over the next week, keep a log of your emotions during the day and if those are leading you towards your goal of co-creation or if they are tending towards fear. Use your awareness every day to track the tendencies you have, the responses that come up. See where you can choose to experience something new that will lead you to your goal! if you feel blocked or stuck go back into your course work and figure out where the FEAR in moving forward might be.

What is High Self?
Understanding high self
Football is a great analogy to understand your relationship to high self. There are so many vantage points to observe life - where are you watching from?
When you’re viewing from the quarterback perspective, all you see are the plays to score points. Sometimes you find your receiver sometimes you get sacked. In this vantage, it’s all about you. Your worth and value is determined by the immediate success or failure of each game.
Applied to daily life, you’re always playing a game, you either win or lose… and that determines your value. We’ll refer to this perspective as “The Ego”.
Now you take a seat and look at the game from the 50 yard line. You see theres two teams playing the same game. You might have come to root for team A but you also get a thrill when team B makes a quality play. As a fan of the game, you appreciate a great play no matter the team. This gives you more perspective - it’s not all about your team winning, its about watching an exciting game. I mean - nobody likes a 0-42 shut out!
In life, this translates to recognizing when you go into autopilot. Instead of making those predictable choices which lead to a boring life, you choose to take a leap of faith and experience something new. Let’s refer to this as “The Low Self”.
Moving up to the announcer’s booth, here you observe and narrate the game. You see good plays that remind you of epic games you’ve watched in the past. You know the scores will come and go, fame will trade hands, franchises rise and fall. Tomorrow you’re on a plane, this is just one game in the season, and it’s one season of many you have watched.
This is when you become the witness of life. You are connected to the bigger picture, not fixating on the stress and redundancy. You reconcile the lessons and wisdom from your path. This is “The Bridge”.
Now lets visit the nose-bleeds. This is actually the most evolved perspective in the stadium. You cant clearly see the game, you barely hear the announcer, but you anticipate the wave when it comes your way. Surrounded by thousands of other fans, you become another face in the crowd. And its hear that you can finally understand what it means to be high self.
An intangible experience that keeps you connected to the not just the game but everyone else playing and watching the game. When you reach this level you reach an understanding that nothing is separated from ego, to low self, to the bridge and high self. It is all one entity moving in time seeing from different levels of awareness. In this space when you see it all you become It all and take part in the unity of all being coming together as one for the ability
From this vantage point you know there is an ego but don’t get to attached.
you know there is a low self but you don’t get wrapped up in the duality..
you know there is a bridge but don’t need to control how you will walk over it.
From here you can see it all, and be it all never losing site of yourself, but knowing you are just one drop in the ocean of experiences waiting to be played.

What is Shadow?
The shadow self likes to play hide and seek.
Pretty deep huh? Well we all know what a shadow is in the literal sense - but in the spiritual community you’ll hear people say things like
Need healing? because of your shadow
Cant manifest? - work on your shadow
Spiritually blocked - blame it on your shadow!
People throw around this term, so what does it really mean?
The first thing to understand is the mind decides what gets labeled as a shadow. your shadow “traits” might be from what you fear others think about you, or from parts of yourself you don’t believe are lovable. This comes from a lifetime of choices that led to outcomes you labeled as either positive or negative.
The shadow is the part of self that you think you are running from or keeping at bay, while the light side you want to embrace.
So think of the shadow as a bucket, where you discard these unwanted parts of self.
The second thing to understand is light and dark create duality when it’s really just two sides of the same coin. It’s about loving both expressions of yourself. It’s about learning to love the whole self.
So how do we work on the shadow? It might sound too simple but it starts with love and acceptance. everyone has their shadow so it’s determining what comes up and how you want to move forward. self-love and compassion will make it ok when you have negative experiences that you want to put in the bucket, and give you time to be with what experience.
Everyone’s shadow sides are unique, different, and evolving. If the shadow bucket is outweighing the self-love, the result is an emotional breakdown, midlife crisis, numbing with substances - chaos will result.
Don’t be afraid of your shadow. it’s really just a reminder there’s light all around you.

WHAT IS EGO?
Rabbit - Text 1: Wanna grab lunch?
Bear - Test 2: Think you can drag your ego out of that self centered spiral?
Rabbit - Text 3: Whaaa? My ego?
Rabbit - Text 4: I thought ego was a good thing? It make me me, right?
Bear - Alright Rabbit. Its time we talk Ego. Tell me, what do you think Ego is?
Rabbit - Ego motivates me to work hard, ego pushes me to be be my best. Ego gives me my identity!
Bear - Yes, that’s true. But Rabbit, yesterday I saw you tricking turtle AGAIN into a race just to get first place. You were craving that feeling of winning, and didn’t care about embarrassing Turtle.
Rabbit - ((embarrassed/defensive …)) But winning is what its all about! Think of all the greats, all the champions.
Bear - ((eye brow raises)) So how did it make you feel to beat turtle for the 10th time? What did you learn? Did you gain anything?
Rabbit - Well, I guess I felt great! I love winning!
Bear - Now Rabbit, take a look at what you are doing here. You keep creating the same experience! You are manipulating someone so you can get what you want, to feel how you want to feel. Its all about you and your ego here.
Rabbit - ok so, what would you do?
Bear - You already know you can beat turtle in a race. So what about teaching turtle? What about sharing your wisdom in the race and helping Turtle? Then you become the master of your own ego, not a slave to it!
Rabbit - Teach turtle? That could take forever!
Bear - But how do you think it would make you feel to help Turtle? And how would Turtle feel? How do you think all the greats did it? By serving themselves? Or helping others
Rabbit - But I want people to know that IM the best!
Bear - What happens when briar patch rabbit comes in and beats you in a race? If you don’t feel good enough just as you are, then you will have bruised ego - and start chasing the win again.
Rabbit - (thinks to himself out loud) Imagine what everyone will think of me if I lose?
Bear - You are getting a reputation for being a little cocky, Rabbit! It’s not about impressing everyone around you. Its about impressing your self! Everyone will naturally recognize how kind and talented you are for helping Turtle. In that kindness they will appreciate jut how great you are!
Rabbit - hmmm, I never thought of it that way!
Bear - You can allow your ego to serve you - to motivate you - but have to keep it in check. Otherwise you end up not even seeing how much you are hurting everyone around you - like turtle!
Jenessee - Ego is representation of low self, a necessary tool to get you to feel and understand yourself … but you can’t serve the ego. Make sure your ego is driving you to expand, and enrich not only yourself but all beings - like turtle!

How to Manifest Using the Chakras
MANIFESTATION FLOW OF THE CHAKRAS
Its important to know how energy flows through your personal chakra system. My name is Jenessee and today we are going to review the downward flow of manifestation energy.
Crown Chakra – located about a foot above the head. This chakra is apart of your transpersonal energy system. This vorticy center becomes a portal of energy that connects you to the potential of living your most connected soul experience. A download comes in when something new is about to manifest in your life.
You know you are in the flow of crown chakra energy when things in your physical reality simply shift. Like being outside right before a storm hits. The atmosphere changes, the leave turn upside down, and clouds roll in. You don’t quite now when the storm will hit but you know its coming. This is the same energy we use to describe a “download” of crown chakra energy. Things in your physical reality start to shift. Things feel different, you don’t quite know why but you understand something is about to change. This is how we know we have received a new download into our crown chakra.
Third Eye Chakra – located in the brow center in the middle of the forehead – associated with the pineal gland. This vorticy center gives you the first glimpse at what this download might be.
After the crown chakra receives the download of energy it naturally moves into your third eye chakra. Here the energy will stay as long as it needs to for you to perceive and understand the many facets of how this energy could manifest into your life. You will play with this download in what we call a daydream state. You will fantasize about the potentials, you will visualize how it might unfold, or visually create the potentials. Inventors are naturals at this and so are you in your own special way. You are taking something that is destined for you and working through the details inventing the possibilities until you are visually satisfied with the results.
At this point, the energy will either move into the next phase of the flow or you may think the potential you just created is too big, too much for you to handle. Here is the first time in the process that you can let go of the manifesting energy and send it away if it feels like too much for you to handle at this time. Therefore it will always stay a “DREAM” and never manifest.
Throat Chakra – located around the thyroid area of the neck. This vorticy center gives you a chance to retool the blueprint that your mind designed.
We call the throat chakra the interviewer of your manifestation. Here if you decide this dream is one worth going after your inner voice will come to life and interview the crap out of what your mind has designed. Just like any corporate interviewing process your inner voice is going to try and find the hole in your vision. The throat will ask questions to the mind like this: how are we going to build this dream? What will we have to change to achieve this result? What kind of timeframe does this need? Do we have the money to accomplish this? Your inner voice becomes the CEO in charge of making sure the process is not only well thought out but has also covered all the human basis before it is ready to bring this creation to life. The new manifestation will sit here stuck in the interview process between the mind and the throat until the throat is confident all the right questions have been asked because the next step of this process requires all potential problems to be worked out ahead of time.
If the download and blueprint do not get approved by the throat chakra the new manifestation, your new soul potential will dissolve here at the level of the throat chakra, but if the energy passes the throat chakra interview it will get sent into the vault of the heart.
Heart Chakra – located within the chest and the actual human heart. This vorticy center becomes the vault or bank where the energy is stored until the human is ready to unlock it. Humans review and receive so many potentials all the time that work their way down from crown chakra all the way into the vault of the heart, yet only a few of these will ever be released into the physical manifestation process. (review video Greif for more on this specific aspect)
The heart is the vault because it’s where precious soul potentials go to wait for the high self and the low self to decide if it is ready to manifest. Consider this vorticy center the escrow account for your soul potential. In reality, we would consider this your akashic vault where coding for the human blueprint is activated, but that’s a deeper story for another day! Once the download goes into escrow your heart has to feel into the potential of what you are birthing. Like bringing any new manifestation into existence it should feel a bit scary but also filled with unlimited potential over how it can change and affect your life. Once the feeling becomes tangible enough the low self is woken up out of its slumber and now called into action.
Once awake the solar plexus chakra who is the boss of the human, the owner of will, the dictator of your physical reality will come to its rightful place on the throne of your human existence and start entertaining this new potentiality. If it is to scared to make the change the energy will be buried deep into the vault. If it can be convinced to spend precious human energy “willpower” on this new potential it will move into the next stage and the heart vault will be opened allowing the energy to descend.
Solar Plexus Chakra – located in the gut. This vorticy center will awaken only when its starts to feel sick with nerves surrounding the change that is coming connected to the desires of the heart.
The solar plexus will go to war to protect your human from having to entertain anything new. So here the great debate happens, the war of words between high self and low self. In the court room of your heart in front of the sacred vault your low self represented by solar plexus chakra takes a seat across from high self represented by throat chakra. Your inner world is now a battle field and your potential is the prize. Who will win? Great questions. Throat chakra has interview to death this new potential it has a very clear understanding of how this can and will change your life for the better, it has put its stamp of approval on the download and sent it to be received by your heart. This is your divine team in action. Yet the solar plexus chakra has been awakened and is now invited to have a seat at the table. It comes in as the last line of defense for your human energy field. It takes to the courtroom with a complete mental log pulled from your past experiences. It makes a case for the human using I statements that sound something like this. What if I am not good enough? What if I can’t do this? What if I fail? What if I quit? What if I leave? The solar plexus chakra wants the high self to remember all of the times it didn’t work out? All of the potential dangers. It is in self preservation mode and fighting using past experience to dictate your future outcome. The throat chakra responds using your internal voice like this: we can do it! You’ve got this! So what happens if we fail, we will have tried and if we don’t try we will regret this forever! The battle continues until someone wins. High self or low self. Do you trust your potential? Do you unlock the vault of the heart? Or do you run away because the change and circumstances are to scary to handle?
If the heart vault is opened your new potential descends and drops into the solar plexus chakra where the human receives a crazy amount of new found energy and inspiration to achieve this new outcome. If the vault is closed the potential becomes a heart desire that does not full express and will cause Grief and sadness when energies around this penitential are felt once again.
Sacral Chakra – located around the sexual organs. This vorticy center works inside and outside of you. The cords to your soul team exist here and will bring to you the people necessary for this new manifestation to come about.
The sacral chakra will activate once the energy and will of the human come fully online. Knowing that this new potential is now fully to reach the physical energy initiates and the cords to the people around you will get plucked into action. New friends and old friends will show up, partners will have opinions, everyone is going to have something to say about where and how you are spending your time now. When you accept such a big new potential into your life it naturally affects everyone you are connected to. These people will show up as positive or negative influences on what you are trying to create.

It has to do with your feeling state... questions I would ask? Are you afraid of picking up other people’s energy? (Answer: if you are divinity how could anyone over take your energy unless you allowed them to on some level) Are you to mental body and don’t allow yourself to truly feel things inside your own body due to some old fear or (negativity / bad chi / whatever???) these are the types of questions I would ask to nail down what old process you are still operating within that is keeping you locked out of this huge update!

There comes a point within everyone's existence where they experience a shift and a release of
the physical body, this is where you start to live from a place of remembrance of who you have
always been. You remember the soul you have forgotten along the way. You remember that life
is more than what you perceive and you hear the calling inside to become who you were meant
to be. When this happens you must make room for the soul to renter the body. Like a sun
finding its way home through a dark universe this is what happens inside of your physical body
during the shift. Once the soul finds its way back home you no longer see duality. There are no
more choices in your life, everything is one harmonious direction or path that you feel inclined to
take. Your life becomes directed and your sense of doing becomes laser focused. You have
made room inside of your body to allow divine soul light to come home and when this happens
there is no stopping you. Your energy becomes uplifted and you release old patterns that have
kept you trapped in untrusting version of yourself. With your new light body you find ease and
openness in everything you do, there is no more resistance in life and all stars align just to allow
you to find your way home.
goal- the goal is to become present, grounded and aware. I would suggest this anytime you are emotionally triggered. This will help you start to identify where this resistance is situated.
foundation- clairvoyance. This is what I see wanting to manifest. This is your new foundation. You are bringing in a new way to read, see, experience energy (totally new perspective!) this is combing in, but you have to shift old paradigm.
distant past- pioneer. People follow you because you lead by example. This is interesting because it comes up in distant past which might also give us a clue as to what your shifting. I would ask... this is a detached way of leading, it’s basically you doing you and people respecting that and then following you because you are a pioneer in how you do things. But you also see how this is hands off and emotionally separated from another persons journey... something with emotions for sure!
future- your passion lies within speaking your message. You must start teaching or getting behind a podium to spread your message further.

hopes and fears- your head is at odds with your heart. Here is another clue! You fear that if you go 100% into feeling body and trusting your own instincts and heart felt guidance that you will loose the direction or higher path or wisdom and knowledge you are on. I see it now and can feel into an example. You studying with Michael. There comes a time when you have to honor a teacher for taking you to a point of success but trust that you have learned enough to explore the next part of your journey alone and discover how you are dipped to be working with the I formation in your own way. Creating your own personal connection with it. You hope your heart is connected to the right things but have more faith in the mind and the wisdom attainment part of your journey right now. you- evolution. This April you are manifesting the energy to follow your divinity and be the spiritual being you know yourself to be. you are ready to burn down the bridge connecting you to an old life and set sail on this next adventure. But this is for good this time haha!
Blocking- transformation. I hope you listened to the monthly Reading. I get an immediate impulse that you are blocking an integration into your physical body. Have you been getting headaches, fatigue, pains? Any of these right now would signal a frequency shift for you and if you try to push through it using medication, more work, or denial then you are resisting the changes.
This can also be the need to completely change an old way of doing things so that you can successfully step into your divine evolution, but that means leaving a part of the old you behind. (Examples: Always taking care of others not yourself)
goal- you are manifesting more stability into your life and like this feeling of being able to be YOU. the goal is to find more ways to ground this YOU energy so that you can attract the flame that will represent this divinity you feel within.
Foundation- realist. You are manifestingmore and more of your authenticity into your every day life. This is creating a very solid foundation for you to achieve your goals. Initial thoughts - the pressure cooker your in is about to blow!
you- shadow side heart chakra. Grief. Your now patterning so deeply your creating blocks within the heart chakra. Don’t be worried these can go as easily as they came, but it makes your decisions and the pattern you are in stronger. Grief comes in to let us know it is time to let go. This can be in the physical world meaning saying good bye or letting go of an outdated though or pattern you have been trapped within.
blocking- you have to start speaking your truth. The truth will set you free my friend and what is currently blocking you is the fact that you are unwilling to speak up about this truth.
goal- your goal is to be in receiving mode. Your relationship right now is your purpose. The goal is to be in reciprocity with this partner and let them show up for you helping to guide the way.
foundation- progress. You are currently building a foundation towards progress. Your family and your will are coming back online. Allow the small steps you chose to make daily guide you forward and trust that the fire in your belly that is burning on overdrive right now will direct everyone in the right way. Trust your gut when it come to your family and get out of your head.
distant past- this signals the completion of a cycle and what you are facing signals a reflection of your past experiences. Know that if your make Free will choices in the present moment your high self will be the one leading the way.

you can expect the energy of FREEDOM to be manifesting. I love this for two reasons. For you it’s. Connected to solar plexus chakra which you have been working on for so long. Finding yourself and being confident in presenting that person to the world. And here you get the LIONESS breaking free of those last limiting chains. Second reason is the throat starts showing up here in the you card through the emotional body of how you are expressing yourself. So interesting this month is about body “physical symptoms” of the energy integration so are you experiencing voice loss, throat cold, coughing... curious.
whats blocking you: lacking emitions this comes up as sacral chakra which is your relationships but I feel this more connected to the physicality of this month. You have had patterns in the past to numb the pain of the body, so very curious if this comes up to signal the automatic response you might have if experiencing any body discomfort. “Numbing the feeling body” which would inhibit your soul integration from happening as expected with the freedom card.
goals: hypo throat... speak up! So this is one of the reasons I ask if work is giving you opportunities to lead, present, or guide in some way. Is there something you can do to step up and grab the mic right now? It could also represent the final cords between you and your partner since lacking emotions came up as the block. If it is relationship this might indicate that you have a bit more to discuss before the curtains close.
foundation: another throat! Concentration. Using your voice in connection to your purposes I have told you before to seek out the opportunities in your job to get more recognition. Now I want you to make sure these opportunities are really connected to your purpose or things that make your heart and stomach do summer salts because you need to focus only on what is going to bring more of your purpose into your life and not keep you locked in old patterns of just doing work for work sake.
distant past: your passion aligning to your authenticity creating growth. Interesting that this comes up in distant past because I would encourage you to think back to past positions and remember those jobs or projects that really inspired you and you had a ton of fun creating. This is what you need to be thinking about at the moment and how you can incorporate more of this into your current position.

goals: this month to expand into this new way of operating your goal should be to do intuitive group work. You are being asked to achieve your prophet status. The goal this month to really solidify this new integration is to hold ceremony but do it in an unplanned and in structured way where high self can work with and through you to develope this “newness” that’s emerging.

You need to let go of the old paradigm that high self is outside of me and it is something I connect to.
